The venue is fantastic, it offers sensational breakfast and has stunning location short walk to beautiful garden, marvellous sights and a pub within easy walking distance.

Loved having delicious and particularly good breakfast.
There was lots of food for breakfast, it was tasty. Location: the hotel was short walk to marvellous sights, trains passing to-and-from Box Tunnel and various attractions. I checked out Box Methodist Church, that was set not too far from the property.

Very Clean and Tidy b&b, recently refurbished very tastefully, Family run, very friendly and helpful.
Parking very Limited, enough for 3-4 cars maximum in a very confined space

Absolutely outstanding! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The friendly owners and staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and satisfied, including giving us directions and valuable suggestions on our day trip to Wales. Delicious and generous full breakfast. Beautiful interior, bedroom, and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Luxurious.

I loved staying with Mike and Fran in their beautiful Bnb. Everything about the house is stunning, good taste and well looked after. The welcome was excellent and my elder mum and I were made to feel partof the household. The breakfasts were perfection - I suggest you try the sausages which are local and superb! All in all, a real find and highly recommended

Comfortable beds, good amenities, including great hospitality, made our stay enjoyable, especially with convenient access to public transport via Bristol Airport.

We liked the room with wifi. The breakfast was great. The people were very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The bus service into Bath was very convenient.
It was right on a busy road, so if the window was open it was loud.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, with great amenities including free parking and a lovely outdoor dining area, complemented by the convenience of nearby bus service to Bath.

Owners and staff very welcoming and hospitable, nothing was too much trouble to any of them - from breakfast, room comfort to local attraction questions/enquiries etc
